Our Story

A Practice Built Over Years in Bangkok

Solenne was established in Bangkok's Bang Rak district by a small group of people who had each spent a decade inside the city's property landscape — advising international clients, accompanying relocations, and watching the process cause unnecessary stress for people who deserved better.

The name comes from the French word for solemn — not in the sense of severity, but of sincerity. What we offer is an attentive, unhurried approach to finding and settling into a luxury residence. Every client receives personal attention, and our advice reflects only their interests.

From the first consultation through signing and beyond, we remain available. Our team understands Bangkok's neighbourhoods in the way that only time and genuine curiosity can teach — not through databases, but through walking Sukhumvit's sois, sitting in Ari's cafés, and watching Riverside change with each year.
